Wrapped in the colors of culture.

I came across this garment in my sister’s closet and I immediately wanted to wear it! My sister loves the ”traditonal” garments. This one really caught my eye because of the splash of blue / purple colors and the details on the bustier. Wearing this dress reminded me of the blog post I wrote a while ago called ”Fashion In A Different Language” where I was explaining the traditional African garments. Just have a look if you haven’t read it and you’ll know what I’m talking about. As much as I love wearing black and dark colors, it’s wonderful to be wrapped in the colors of culture
